| Winter SOGO (Social Golf) returns on Weds 14th October |
| Rose and I have volunteered to organise this year’s SOGO ‘Winter Wednesdays’. This is mixed, friendly, social golf which will take place every Wednesday morning starting on Wednesday 14th October.
SOGO, a long-standing Bracken Ghyll tradition, is a great way for both new and existing members to meet, play with and get to know other members in a relaxed, social environment. Competitions will have a different (and sometimes slightly ‘off-piste’!) format each week and will generally be played as 3 balls over 9 or 13 holes (weather dependent). 5 tee-times will be reserved on BRS for SOGO from 1000-1040 but there is no need to book a tee-time – just turn up between 0945 and 1030 and we’ll introduce you to your playing partners and advise the competition format for the day. There’ll be a small prize for the winners each week and you’ll also see your names in lights in Perfect Lie. So put Wednesday mornings in your diary now and we look forward to seeing you. Play Safe.
