| Do you regularly play golf at other courses? Will you be playing golf whilst on holiday in England this year?The County Card gives discounted golf at over 1500 courses in England and is normally available to individual club members at a cost of £10 per year. This year, in recognition of the unique COVID circumstances of the past 12 months, the club has been given 50 County Cards FREE by the Yorkshire Union.
To ensure fairness and equal opportunity to all members these are now available on loan from the Pro-Shop as and when required.
Simply pick up a card when required and return it to the Pro-Shop as soon as possible after use. There is no limit to the number of loans you can have in the year but this will only work if you only take out a card for the time it is actually required.
Please note that the discount offered and the terms and conditions of use are at the absolute discretion of the host club but the discount is generally in the region of 25-30% and you will have to present the County Card in the Pro-Shop upon arrival. It is also best to tell them when booking in case they have any tee-time restrictions for County Card holders.
So start saving now and pick up your County Card from the Pro-Shop as and when required – just remember to return it as soon as possible after use so that fellow members may enjoy the same opportunity.
