| Following on from Mr President’s update earlier today I provide below news from some of your Committee Chairs:
GREENS
With the course closed there is less work required to prepare the course for daily use but an almost endless list of course maintenance and improvement works. During the lockdown period the Green Staff are working to these priorities:
1. Maintaining the course so that is available for play at short notice.
2. Annual machinery servicing and maintenance programme to ensure plant and machinery is in good order in the Spring when machinery is most needed and it can access all areas of the course.
3. Other on course maintenance work e.g. tree thinning, fertilising, sanding etc..

The House Committee would like to say a big thank you to all those members who supported the Christmas Bake. It made a profit of £510 which will be split evenly between the Club and the Captains Charity.
