| I’d like to wish you a Happy Christmas and New Year.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to personally thank everyone who has supported the club though these difficult times. I really do recognise the sacrifices that have been made. I’d also like to extend my thanks to those of you that have helped the club in many other ways, whether it’s as a volunteer, committee member or otherwise – your contribution is really appreciated. We are all aware that whilst 2020 has been a difficult year for us all generally it has also presented huge challenges for our club. I firmly believe though, that whilst we still have hard times ahead, we are starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. My most important message therefore is for you to stay safe and in the meantime let us all look forward to getting back to playing golf normally as soon as we can. Ian Silverthorne |
