| This is for those members who have entered either of the two men’s individual knockout competitions i.e. Presidents Prize or Wharfedale Trophy.
To ensure that your booked tee-time remains as a 2ball please proceed as follows:
1. Book your tee-time and insert your name and your opponent’s name in boxes 1 and 2;
2. Add ‘Member Guest’ in boxes 3 and 4;
3. Email Mike Robertson at marketing@brackenghyll.co.uk with your booked tee-time;
4. Mike will then amend the booking to reflect the competition status of the booking and ‘block’ boxes 3 and 4 so that no other member can book in that tee-time.
Hopefully this will help us better manage this situation.
