| A couple of important reminders re COVID compliance and other rules. |

Whilst it’s a pleasure to experience the slow return to ‘normality’ we are still required to maintain certain COVID disciplines to ensure the safety of ourselves and others.
We’re also regularly audited unannounced by Bradford Council for COVID compliance and it certainly wouldn’t be in our collective best interests to be found wanting. SO PLEASE…… * ENSURE YOU WEAR A FACE MASK whenever you enter the clubhouse or Pro Shop, even if just to look at a noticeboard or go to the toilets; and * DO NOT CONGREGATE at the clubhouse entrance even if it’s chucking it down. Social distancing is still important for everyone’s health, safety and peace of mind. * DO NOT BERATE a member of staff merely for doing their job and enforcing the above! AND FINALLY……. REMEMBER that Member Guests are not permitted until 1pm on weekdays and 2pm at weekends (including public holidays). This is to ensure adequate playing opportunities for our 600+ members and please be assured that this rule is kept under constant review by your Management Committee. Please note that all member guest bookings before the above times will be removed by the system administrator. Should you need to block off a tee-time for one of the club’s singles K-O competitions do not use ‘Member Guest’ to block off player 3 and 4 as this will be removed as above. Just email either Mike Robertson at marketing@brackenghyll.co.uk or myself at secretary@brackenghyll.co.uk and we will identify the tee-booking appropriately and block off both the player 3 and player 4 slots.
